In dealing with such high-profile demographics, traditional marketing strategies fall short completely. This project was a challenge for both in terms of architecture and business:

• The Skepticism Limit: Leaders of industry, as well as political leaders, have zero tolerance for advertising that is hype-filled. Digital presence must be a quiet, authoritative presence that has absolute confidentiality and complete professionalism.

2. High-Performance Video Sales Letter (VSL) Integration

To attract high-profile leads, videos are the ideal way to establish trust. We have created a separate VSL page that is powered by Wistia to provide high-quality, unbranded, and lag-free video hosting. The VSL serves as an automated consultative tool, describing the workings of the hand-holding structure as well as establishing absolute authority before any leader ever talks about the project to anyone else.

3. Frictionless Payment & Automated Enterprise Nurturing

To process initial commitments and reservations of seats, we incorporated Razorpay right into our funnel structure to provide the most secure, premium-grade payment experience. In parallel, the entire platform was connected to Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We designed intelligent segment-driven automated emails that constantly follow up with leads according to their interaction with the VSL and ensure that the Unicorn Author Lab stays top-of-mind.
