The company approached NKM Digital to build an online presence that would be scalable to grow their business throughout the USA. The project was a challenge that required the resolution of two specific challenges:

• A Psychological Balancing Act: Designing an online environment that conveys professional authority and clinical competence yet is incredibly welcoming as well as safe and soothing.
