How NKM Digital repositioned Digital Dhairya’s online presence, built a qualification-led funnel, and created a digital experience worthy of a high-ticket advisory brand.
Digital Dhairya had a premium product but a non-premium digital presence. Its original WordPress website was functional, yet it looked simple and templated. For a business selling high-ticket advisory, private masterminds, and invitation-led experiences, that gap weakened perceived value before a prospect ever spoke with the team.
NKM Digital rebuilt the website in Framer as a complete positioning and conversion system. We translated the brand’s ambition into a premium black-and-gold experience, developed custom interactive components, structured the content around authority and proof, and designed a multi-step journey that nurtures and qualifies prospects before they reach the sales team.
The result was more than a redesign. Digital Dhairya gained a digital flagship that aligns with its high-ticket offer, communicates authority at first glance, and helps the team spend more time with serious, qualified prospects.
A digital experience designed to match the value and exclusivity of the offer.
A structured journey built to nurture interest and reduce low-intent enquiries.
The client reports the website is already generating multiple crores in revenue.
Digital Dhairya was not struggling with the quality of its product. The business had strong expertise, compelling client outcomes, and a high-value advisory model. The problem was perception.
The previous WordPress website felt basic and rigid. It did not immediately communicate that Digital Dhairya serves experienced business owners or offers access to premium advisory, strategic systems, and exclusive mastermind experiences. The website and the offer were telling two different stories.
That created three commercial risks:
Dhairya approached NKM Digital with a clear requirement: the website needed to feel as premium as the product, and the funnel needed to nurture and qualify serious buyers.
For a high-ticket business, a website is not simply an online brochure. It must perform three jobs before a sales call takes place:
Our strategy therefore combined brand experience and funnel architecture. The visual system would create desire and confidence; the content and user journey would educate, segment, and filter.
We selected Framer because the project required a level of visual polish and interaction that would have been slower and more restrictive to achieve inside the existing WordPress setup.
Framer gave us the flexibility to:
The platform decision was not based on trends. It was based on the business requirement: Digital Dhairya needed a distinctive, conversion-focused digital flagship—not another templated marketing site.
We built the visual direction around a black-and-gold palette associated with authority, scarcity, and exclusivity. Strong typography, generous spacing, high-contrast layouts, cinematic media, and purposeful motion created an experience that feels closer to a private advisory firm than a conventional coaching website.
Every visual decision was designed to reduce the gap between the quality of the offer and the quality perceived online.
The new site does not lead with vague promises. It establishes credibility through business context, client outcomes, service clarity, leadership visibility, testimonials, and the operating systems behind the offer.
Pages for the Mastermind, private events, international experiences, the advisory team, client reviews, and applications work together as one narrative: this is a proven ecosystem for established operators—not a beginner-level course.
The core conversion goal was not to maximise the number of leads. It was to improve the quality of the people reaching the sales team.
We structured the experience so prospects first encounter the positioning, proof, offer logic, testimonials, and expected level of commitment. Application-focused calls to action then move them into a dedicated funnel designed around fit and intent.
This creates a practical filter: low-intent visitors receive the information they need without immediately consuming sales resources, while serious prospects progress through a more deliberate journey toward an application or call.
We integrated Wistia for high-performance video delivery and Kit/ConvertKit for email capture and automation. These tools support a journey in which a visitor can move from awareness to education, from education to trust, and from trust to a qualified conversation.
Unlike a disconnected collection of landing pages and external forms, the funnel was designed to preserve the same premium experience throughout.
Custom Framer components, reusable patterns, responsive layouts, and consistent interaction rules created a system the business can continue to expand. New events, advisory offers, proof, and campaigns can be added without rebuilding the design language each time.

The new website changed Digital Dhairya’s online presence from a simple information layer into a strategic growth asset.
“Nilesh built our website, and to be very honest, I don’t think anyone in India could have built it the way he did. We’re already generating multiple crores in revenue through it. Truly grateful that we chose Nilesh as our growth partner.” — Digital Dhairya, Google review
The most important result is not simply that the website looks better. It now supports how Digital Dhairya actually sells: premium positioning, proof-led nurturing, deliberate qualification, and high-value conversations.
Digital Dhairya is an example of what happens when web design is treated as part of the growth strategy rather than as a cosmetic exercise.
NKM Digital did not begin by asking, “How should the homepage look?” We began by asking:
The final website answered those questions through strategy, design, technology, and conversion architecture working as one system.
If your product is premium but your website still looks ordinary—or if your sales team is spending too much time on poor-fit leads—the problem may not be your offer. It may be the digital journey surrounding it.
NKM Digital combines positioning, conversion strategy, UX/UI design, funnel architecture, and development to build websites that attract the right audience and prepare them to buy.
Results note: The “multiple crores” revenue statement is quoted from the client’s Google review and is not presented as an independently audited attribution claim. Business outcomes vary based on offer quality, traffic, sales process, market conditions, and implementation.
